Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.

- Send you service-related notifications (check-in reminders, account alerts)

- Completed messages: Delivered messages and associated files are deleted within 30 days of delivery
- Deleted accounts: Account data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion
- Logs: System logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
- Deletion: Delete your account and associated data
- Export: Export your data in a portable format
